All products sold in our store are genuine parallel imports offered at discounted prices. As such, they are not covered by the manufacturer's official warranty.

However, we provide a replacement service for items with original manufacturing defects (excluding any damage caused by mishandling or improper use):

• In-store pickup orders: Eligible for exchange within 3 days of purchase

• Local delivery orders: Eligible for exchange within 7 days of purchase
